TriggerFish Leads LLC ("TriggerFish," "we," "us," "our") provides lead-generation and customer-relationship-management services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our websites at triggerfishleads.com and app.triggerfishleads.com or use our platform (collectively, the "Service").

Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, and role when you create or are invited to an account.
Lead and contact data: information you or your team enters into the CRM about firms, contacts, and leads.
Communications: emails, SMS messages, and call records sent through or scheduled with the Service.
Usage data: log files, device information, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken.

How We Use Information

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
Authenticate users, including two-factor authentication via SMS.
Send account-related notifications (password resets, two-factor codes, scheduled-call confirmations, Insertion Order signatures).
Communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

SMS / Text Messaging

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Personal data collected in connection with SMS opt-in, including your mobile phone number, is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive transactional SMS messages such as two-factor authentication codes, password reset codes, scheduled-call reminders, and confirmations. Typical frequency is up to 10 messages per month per user, depending on account activity.

Third-Party Services

We use the following service providers to operate the Service:

Twilio — SMS delivery for two-factor authentication and notifications.
Mailgun — Transactional email delivery.
Google — Calendar booking and scheduling integration (for accounts that opt in).
DigitalOcean — Cloud hosting and infrastructure.

These providers have access to limited personal information only as needed to perform their function and are contractually obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. These cookies are essential to the Service. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising.

Data Security

We protect your information using industry-standard practices: encrypted data transmission (TLS), bcrypt password hashing, two-factor authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by emailing jim@triggerfishleads.com. Some information may be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
